NO BATTLE, NO VICTORY
The silent epidemic does not discriminate
people, fame, or age.

Combate Interno (“Inner Struggle”) is a documentary currently in development, born from the urgent need to understand, expose, and speak clearly about one of the greatest crises of our time: mental health.

Through real life testimonies, clinical insight, and a spiritual lens, this project opens a space for what is often carried in silence fear, exhaustion, and the inner battle.

Produced by Urban Town Evolution and Santa Fe Films, it’s driven by a deep commitment to awareness, prevention, and support grounded in one of our most basic human needs: to be heard, understood, and not face the struggle alone.

The Movement
Combate Interno (“Inner Struggle”) was born from an urgency that can no longer wait: to make visible the mental health crisis silently affecting millions of people.
Our first step is a documentary by the same name, featuring real testimonies that reflect a wide range of mental and emotional health challenges anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, mood disorders, invisible wounds, and many other internal battles.
This documentary is only the beginning.
It marks the launch of a movement that seeks to change the way we speak, feel, and act around mental health.

Through listening, empathy, and collective action, we aim to break the stigma, open spaces for honest conversation, and offer support without judgment.
Because when silence breaks, it’s not just a conversation that begins
it’s a change that becomes possible. And necessary.

It was born from the need to speak up, look inward, and act responsibly toward mental health.
Today, we do it through a documentary.
Tomorrow, through every person, word, and action that joins with purpose.
